
Are you interested in stepping up your training and really pushing yourself for the next 10 weeks? Do you want to break through any plateau you may be experiencing and really see some changes in your body composition? Or do you just want to have some fun with other like minded exercise enthusiasts?
Are you the athlete, or just the observer wishing for that one great fitness achievement? Whether you’re the observer or the athlete, why not train for the Seattle Half Marathon on November 27, 2011? First time racers from the couch, as well as registered racers of all fitness levels are welcome to join.
Sign up for my running program that will safely increase your run/walk mileage in order to properly train for a half-marathon. Your training program will be outlined for you in an easy to follow schedule, and will teach you proper shoe fitting, proper hydration, refueling, race day preparation, and the components of a successful training program. Some core conditioning and stretching will be included on a regular basis.
