With a focus on circuit training, heart rate training, and a healthy diet, WOW group classes promise seventy-five minutes of exercise that will help tone and strengthen your body, increase your endurance and improve your overall health and well-being.

You will need a Heart Rate Monitor for this class.

  • Heart Rate Training will enable you to break through the plateaus that
    frequently prevent individuals from achieving their health and fitness goals.
  • Circuit Training works the entire body using manageable weights and
    moderate repetitions. It is an excellent method to lose weight since it
    incorporates both cardiovascular conditioning with muscular training.
